-Architect David Hamilton designed [[Stirlingshire Parishes C#Campsie|Campsie High Church]] and the building was completed in the 1820's. The Early Gothic Revival style building had a taller tower than that shown in the images (not immediately obvious in the photographs is the fact that the is a ruin, damaged by fire in 1983), a closer look at the images will show the lack of a roof and ever present plantlife which now occupies the building. Hamilton is also responsible for several buildings in Glasgow, some of which no longer survive due to other unfortunate circumstances which rendered them unsafe.<br>
