Girthon

Girthon Parish Church can be found at Gatehouse of Fleet, the building dates to around 1815, accounts vary on the exact year of construction. Originally a simple hall church comprising three bays with high windows, works in the 1890's resulted in the addition of the apse and tower to the current format.
The building, walls of the churchyard and the railings and lamp standards are all now protected by listed building status.
