Canisbay

Canisbay Church is the most northern church on the mainland and also a church with connections to the current Royal family. For many years whilst she stayed at the Castle of Mey the Queen Mother would visit the church. A plaque was erected and unveiled in 2006 by The Duke of Rothesay, (another title held by The prince of Wales) to mark the association between the church and the Royal Family.
