Although not immediately obvious Cille Choirill Church has appeared on tv several times. Situated about three miles from Roybridge the building has on several occassions been used as a location for episodes in the series Monarch of the Glen as Glenbogle Church. Services of worship are infrequent at Cille Choirill, the main church for the parish being St Margaret's in Roy Bridge village. The site of the church has Catholic connections back to 600AD.
Dedicated as St Margaret's this church is the parish church in the area. St Margaret was also Queen, wife of Malcolm III (Canmore) King of Scots in the latter part of the 11th century.
