Caernarfonshire is a coastal county in North West Wales.

Major towns: Bangor Caernarfon Llandudno

Industry: Agriculture, slate, quarrying, weaving

Home of the Snowdonia National Park and Mt Snowdon itself, the highest peak in Wales and the beautiful Caernarvon Castle, one of Europe's greatest mediaeval fortresses which was the place of the investiture of the current Prince of Wales.
